Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

What we do

• Use clear headings, a logical page structure, and descriptive link text.

• Provide text alternatives for meaningful images.

• Choose text and background colors with strong contrast, and avoid using color alone to convey meaning.

• Make the site navigable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.

• Label form fields clearly and provide helpful error messages.

• Use a responsive, mobile-friendly design that works with zoom and text resizing.

• Keep the emergency call button easy to find and large enough to tap.

• Test pages with automated tools and manual checks, and review the site when we add new content or features.

Compatibility

The Website is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge, and with common assistive technologies, such as screen readers and voice control software, on desktop and mobile devices.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some parts of the Website may not yet be fully accessible. Examples may include older PDF documents, embedded third-party content such as maps, reviews, or videos, and recently added content that has not been reviewed yet. We are working to fix these areas.
